This method also helps in clearing our minds, lowering risks associated with depression and a boost in productivity.

Group and Couples Sessions


Our group and couples sessions are intended to help you feel a sense of harmony(oneness) by putting you into a peaceful relaxed state. It involves two or more people meditating together. It can be a powerful way to deepen the meditative experience and bring greater awareness to the individuals involved. Group or couples meditation can include guided meditations, visualization exercises, and other mindfulness techniques. It can help to create a space of mutual support and understanding, and can also bring greater insight and clarity to the individuals involved.
