GbenekaBari meditation was designed specifically for entrepreneurs and First Responders who want to practice meditation in a safe and comfortable group setting with their peers. My mindfulness teaching is secular. I welcome all participants of any spiritual or religious background. The objective is to explore and deploy the benefits of a calm, peaceful and strong imagination to develop a sense of community(oneness) within yourself while building more resilient mental health. 

In each of our sessions, we will investigate the benefit of having a strong imagination and being mindful of its creative power. Through the use of guided meditations, you will experience more clarity, relaxation, excellent quality of life and stress management. It can also help reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and increase overall wellbeing

Welcome! I am delighted to be your guided meditation facilitator and I'm thrilled to bring you a space dedicated to inner peace and relaxation. I am a master's degree holder and I have been practicing meditation for over a decade. I am passionate about helping my students access a deeper level of inner peace and understanding. I believe that meditation is a powerful tool for achieving a balanced and harmonious life. through my classes, I will provide you with a unique combination of knowledge, guidance and practical experience to help you reach your goals. Together, we will explore various methods for relaxation, mindfulness and insight. I am confident that with my help, you will tap into the power of meditation and experience a renewed sense of vitality and clarity.
