THE GBENEKABARI STORY

GbenekaBari meditation was designed specifically for First Responders who want to practice meditation in a safe and comfortable group setting with their peers. My mindfulness teaching is secular. I welcome all participants of any spiritual or religious background. The objective is to explore and deploy the benefits of a calm, peaceful and strong imagination to develop a sense of community(oneness) within yourself while building more resilient mental health.

In each of our sessions, we will investigate the benefit of having a strong imagination and being mindful of its creative power. Through the use of guided meditations, you will experience more clarity, relaxation, excellent quality of life and stress management. It can also help reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and increase overall wellbeing
